You will combine customer-centered communication with rapid prototyping, systems architecture, and production delivery. Docebo’s environment includes the Agent Hub, LLM providers, AWS, Kubernetes, GitLab, Datadog, OpenTofu, React, and TypeScript.

Key Responsibilities

Translate customer challenges into reusable AI platform capabilities

Requirements

Five or more years of production full-stack software experience

Agentic AI or LLM production deployment experience

Confidence making decisions amid ambiguity

Strong architecture experience with distributed systems

Familiarity with modern engineering and multi-LLM tooling
