Partner with sales teams before deals close.As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will uncover client problems, determine technical possibilities, and shape solutions using creative services, AI systems, or both. You will report to the Head of FDE and work with Account Executives, Account Managers, engineering, Product, and AI Deployment Strategists.Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery calls to uncover clients’ underlying business problemsDesign, scope, price, and write proposals for systems dealsComplete systems reviews before engineers receive assignmentsHand sold work to AI Deployment Strategists with explicit briefsSupport larger enterprise accounts after deals closeRequirements:
Three or more years in client-facing technical workStrong consultative selling skills and customer empathyHands-on experience building agentic software workflowsAbility to map tools to customer problemsExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsBring technical depth, customer empathy, and agentic development experience to Superside’s AI solutions engineering team.
