EA seeks a Director of Production reporting to the Executive Producer for Apex Legends. You will guide seasonal content, player rewards, storefronts, economy, and progression initiatives. The role requires portfolio planning, capacity management, risk leadership, and cross-functional delivery across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop Producers and Senior Producers

Own integrated delivery roadmaps across portfolio initiatives

Manage capacity, dependencies, quality, risk, and release readiness

Evaluate investments with Product, Creative, Analytics, and Finance

Direct co-development strategy, governance, budgets,



and partner performance

Requirements

10+ years of game or comparable product-development experience

Leadership of complex development portfolios and cross-functional teams

Experience producing live-service content, monetization, rewards, or progression

Direct management experience, including hiring and career development

Strong communication and qualitative and quantitative decision-making skills

Shape Apex Legends delivery through production leadership, portfolio judgment, player value, and sustainable monetization and progression systems.
