Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee daily parking operations in Vancouver, BC. This is a permanent, full time position working regular business hours in the Pacific Time Zone.The Area Manager will be responsible for leading a field team of approximately 15–20 employees while managing a portfolio of approximately 80 clients and parking locations. This role combines operational leadership, account management, financial oversight, and client service.Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing parking rates for upcoming events, monitoring revenue trends, conducting site visits, communicating with clients, managing enforcement officers, reviewing operational and labour budgets, overseeing staff scheduling and productivity, and coordinating maintenance services.Success in this role means maximizing gross revenue and profitability through effective team leadership, exceptional client service, and continually improving operating standards.This opportunity offers full benefits, performance-based incentives, and opportunities for career advancement.Skills and Requirements

5+ years of District Management or comparable multi-site operational management experienceProven experience managing a large portfolio of clients, accounts, or locationsDemonstrated experience leading and developing field-based or operational teamsStrong account management and client relationship management skillsExperience with P&L; management, budgeting, revenue analysis,
