Lead GMP and aseptic training at Pillar5 Pharma in Arnprior, Ontario, building qualification programs and technical capability for manufacturing teams.This permanent, full time manager reports to the Senior Manager of Aseptic Manufacturing. You will establish training for aseptic practices, contamination control, and cleanroom operations. The role supports compliant, inspection-ready workforce development.Key Responsibilities:

Build curriculum, qualification, and competency standards from the ground upLead and develop the training teamPartner with Manufacturing, Quality, and supporting departmentsMaintain compliant training systems, matrices, and recordsTrack effectiveness through metrics, audits, and trend analysisRequirements:
