Lead GMP and aseptic training at Pillar5 Pharma in Arnprior, Ontario, building qualification systems for ophthalmic manufacturing operations. This onsite role strengthens workforce readiness.The Aseptic Manufacturing Training Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Aseptic Manufacturing. You will build the training program, develop the training team, and support Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Technical Services, and Engineering.

The work centers on aseptic practices, contamination control, cleanroom operations, competency standards, and inspection readiness.Key Responsibilities:
