This individual contributor supports onboarding, qualification, audits, and workforce readiness. The work involves cleanroom personnel, Quality, Validation, Technical Services, operators, supervisors, and training teams.Key Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on aseptic and cleanroom trainingDevelop training materials, qualification packages, and assessmentsMaintain audit-ready records, curricula, matrices, and LMS dataPartner with teams to close competency gapsSupport deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and change controlsRequirements:
