Lead GMP and aseptic training at Pillar5 Pharma in Arnprior, Ontario, building qualification systems for ophthalmic manufacturing operations. This onsite role strengthens workforce readiness.

The Aseptic Manufacturing Training Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Aseptic Manufacturing. You will build the training program, develop the training team, and support Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Technical Services, and Engineering. The work centers on aseptic practices, contamination control, cleanroom operations, competency standards, and inspection readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Build curriculum, qualification, and competency standards

Lead and develop the training team

Identify skill gaps with partner departments





Maintain compliant training systems and records

Track effectiveness through metrics, audits, and trends

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred

Seven or more years in GMP-regulated manufacturing

Knowledge of aseptic practices and cleanroom operations

Experience building training curricula and qualification programs

Experience managing stakeholders and leading training functions
