Our client is a growing service based organization with its head office located in downtown Vancouver. They have an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Controller to join their energetic team. You will report to one of the firm’s Partners who is a CPA and acts as the Director of Finance.
You will get involved with all aspects of the accounting including maintaining the G/L and preparing adjusting journal entries as required, the preparation of the monthly financial statements and reporting package, preparing weekly management analytical reports, overseeing the staff responsible for the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, backing up the payroll function when required and special projects as assigned. Candidates should be newly designated CPA’s. Our client offers an excellent salary and benefits.
