Coach Canada is seeking an experienced Assistant Fleet Maintenance Manager for its Mississauga maintenance facility. You will lead mechanics, apprentices, and wash bay employees while coordinating work orders, schedules, records, and fleet readiness. The position reports to the Area Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate work priorities and fleet status between maintenance shifts

Lead mechanics, apprentices, and wash bay employees

Manage work orders, records, PM schedules, and timecards

Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management





Support fleet availability and preventative maintenance compliance

Requirements

Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician Licence

Leadership experience in fleet or heavy-duty maintenance

Fleet Focus, Samsara, Saucon, and Microsoft Office experience

Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Valid commercial driver's licence and passport for United States travel
