Job Summary The Assistant Manager supports effective store operations by guiding the team, serving customers, and coordinating day-to-day retail activities. This role helps maintain a welcoming shopping experience while supporting sales goals, organized merchandising, and smooth store routines.

Duties

- Supervise and coach team members, support recruiting and interviewing, and coordinate training and development to strengthen service and sales performance.
- Assist with retail sales, customer service, cashiering, POS transactions, and cash handling; resolve customer concerns with clear communication and professional phone etiquette.
- Coordinate merchandising, purchasing, and pricing activities, and support marketing efforts to keep products presented clearly and store information current.
- Help monitor budgets, payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative records; organize daily priorities and share operational updates with colleagues. Your impact:

Experience Required: Practical communication, organization, time management, basic math, and customer-service capabilities support supervising staff, handling transactions, and coordinating store tasks.

Preferred: Retail sales, retail or store management, sales management, team management, and supervising experience are valuable, along with negotiation, leadership, budgeting, merchandising, purchasing, payroll, POS, cashiering, cash handling, pricing, marketing, recruiting, interviewing, training and development, bookkeeping, administrative experience, and bilingual or multilingual communication.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
