We're looking for a Fractional Head of Operations (Contract) to build and scale the operational backbone of Teangle.Your mission is to design systems, implement them, and build the foundation that allows Teangle to scale from mid 7-figures to 8+ figures.You'll work directly with the founder to:Remove operational bottlenecksBuild scalable systemsCreate visibility across inventory, cash, and performanceTrain and manage an admin / ops assistant to handle executionScope: 15–25 hours per week to start (70-120$ an hour), with a clear path to a full-time role within 6 months.Operational Project Leadership (Top Priority) Act as Teangle's operational quarterback — taking full ownership of systems, reporting, and performance.Lead relationships with the 3PL (Darwynn) and accounting firm (JLMD) to ensure clean monthly closes and real COGS visibilityImplement structure around inventory reporting, reconciliation, and monthly financials — and drive the process proactivelyForecast and execute projects tied to launches, seasonality, bundling, and supply planning, especially for Q4Supply Chain &
