Lead process excellence at Canada Life through business process management, knowledge management, and operational change across Canadian Operations. This permanent full time leadership role is located in Toronto, London, or Winnipeg.

As Assistant Vice President, Business Delivery, you will lead the Business Process Management team and a cross-functional centre of excellence. You will establish enterprise governance, standards, and lifecycle practices for processes and operational knowledge. The mandate includes business analysis, procedure development, process ownership, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Set integrated business delivery and process management strategy

Govern process discovery, documentation, measurement, controls, and improvement

Establish accountable process owners and decision rights

Lead process redesign,



technology-enabled change, and adoption readiness

Advise senior leaders on operating model and transformation decisions

Requirements

University degree or equivalent education and relevant experience

More than 10 years of progressive leadership experience

At least five years in financial services or regulated environments

Enterprise business process management and transformation leadership experience

Strong process governance, modelling, measurement, controls, and knowledge management expertise
