As an Associate Brand Manager, you will collaborate across Customer Marketing, innovation, sales, and other functions. You will support promotional activities and business goals while ensuring consistent visual execution across retail and digital touchpoints. The role offers regular in-office collaboration and flexibility supporting business outcomes and personal needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop promotional initiatives aligned with brand goals

Collaborate with Customer Marketing on best-in-class sales materials

Execute commercial plans for current products with innovation and sales

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Two or more years of Brand Management or Marketing experience

CPG or major retail sector experience strongly preferred

Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities

Proven ability to manage multifaceted projects effectively

Support Mars and Pringles with cross-functional marketing, commercial planning, and consistent brand execution across retail channels.
