Ecommerce and commercial expertise: Strong understanding of DTC and omnichannel ecommerce business models, with the ability to connect paid media strategy to revenue growth, customer acquisition, lifetime value, incremental performance, and profitability. Multi-platform advertising knowledge: Extensive experience overseeing performance marketing across channels such as Meta, Google Search, YouTube, TikTok, and programmatic advertising, including hands‑on understanding of campaign execution and optimization.
Experience designing and improving performance dashboards and reporting systems using tools such as Looker, Google Sheets, Excel, or Tableau, with a focus on actionable insights and executive-level decision‑making.

performance measurement, and strategic planning across complex accounts and diverse business models.
Executive stakeholder management: Strong experience managing relationships with senior and C‑suite stakeholders, navigating high‑pressure situations, presenting strategic recommendations, and securing alignment around business priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Remote collaboration experience: The ability to work effectively in a remote‑first environment, maintain strong cross‑functional relationships, and manage priorities across distributed teams.
Competitive starting salary: CAD $112,000–$130,000 annually, with a full compensation band of CAD $112,000–$151,000. Health, dental, and paramedical coverage to support your overall well‑being.
