Manage client-facing assurance engagements at MNP on-site, combining engagement planning, quality control, and high-quality financial deliverables. As an Assurance & Accounting Manager, you will advise clients through compilation, review, compliance tax, and transaction work. The role requires robust business and accounting understanding, financial project oversight, and confident communication with clients and management. You will also support relationship growth and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead client-facing teams across assurance and accounting engagements
- Provide technical expertise through client interactions and reports
- Maintain quality control across financial entries and reports
- Oversee engagement financials, variance recognition,



and timely billing
- Network locally and contribute to competitive client proposals Requirements:
- Five years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting and management principles
- Knowledge of agriculture practices is an asset
- Proven relationship building and leadership capabilities
- Experience using Caseware, TaxCycle, and Microsoft Office Bring engagement management, assurance expertise, and financial reporting skills to MNP’s client-focused accounting team.
