The Autobody Estimator / Store Manager coordinates repair estimates and daily store operations, combining automotive repair knowledge with attentive customer service. This role supports customers from initial discussions through repair planning while helping the store run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage, prepare clear repair estimates, and explain recommended work and next steps to customers.
- Coordinate repair workflows, communicate with technicians, and monitor progress to support timely, organized service.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including customer transactions, cash handling, and accurate records.
- Support sales and appropriate upselling by identifying relevant repair needs and explaining available services.

Experience Required: Collison Repair Estimating Experience / Practical mechanical knowledge, customer service skills, and the ability to communicate repair needs clearly, manage transactions, and maintain accurate records. Sales awareness and sound judgment support effective estimates and store operations.
Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
