Who We’re Looking For

At least 6 months of experience in automotive sales or another commission‑based sales environment

Passion for sales, customer service, and building long‑term relationships

Motivated, competitive, professional, and ready to thrive in a fast‑paced dealership environment





Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract

Strong ability to create customer loyalty, generate referrals, and maintain long‑term relationships

Excited to learn and confidently present Hyundai vehicles, features, technology, and electrified options

Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar

Compensation

$80,000-$200,000 per year (Full Commission)

What Your Day Will Look Like:

Promote and sell new Hyundai and pre‑owned vehicles with a customer‑focused approach

Become a Hyundai product expert and confidently educate customers on vehicle features, technology, trims, options, and available finance solutions

Help customers explore Hyundai’s range of gas, hybrid, and electric vehicle options to find the right fit for their lifestyle and needs

Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently

Stay informed on Hyundai products, programs, incentives, technology, and industry trends

Develop new business throughout Abbotsford and the Fraser Valley through prospecting, referrals, and follow‑up

Maintain ongoing communication with customers to build trust, loyalty, repeat business, and long‑term relationships
