Shape enterprise access controls, roadmaps, and modernization.As Assistant Vice President of Cybersecurity, you will oversee the enterprise IGA program and participate in Global IT and IT Security Leadership Teams. You will lead teams spanning architecture, engineering, operations, analysis, and application onboarding.

The function covers identity lifecycle management, access governance, entitlement management, role management, and application integration. Your leadership will strengthen identity controls, simplify access processes, improve audit readiness, and support appropriate access throughout the identity lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:

Define enterprise IGA strategy, target state, roadmap, and operating modelLead joiner, mover, leaver, provisioning,



and certification processesEstablish entitlement, role, exception, and segregation-of-duties standardsDirect application intake, integration, testing, and production readinessImprove automation, analytics, self-service, and onboarding cycle timesRequirements:

Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience and five years’ senior leadershipGlobal IGA leadership or large-scale identity transformation experienceEnterprise platform strategy, architecture, implementation, and operations experienceStrong understanding of least privilege, Zero Trust, and access riskBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related fieldApply cybersecurity leadership, identity lifecycle expertise, and access governance experience to TJX’s global enterprise program.
