Drive Retirement & Wealth strategy at Manulife in a hybrid Toronto role, using business insights and transformation leadership to guide executives.

Reporting to the Head of GWAM Strategy & Transformation, the AVP advises the Retirement & Wealth Leadership Team. You will shape strategy across Retail, Retirement, and Institutional channels while supporting a global franchise serving over six million customers. The work combines strategic planning, execution accountability, portfolio governance, finance partnership, and senior communications.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze priorities and generate insights that prompt executive action

Build strategy and engage global and regional Leadership Teams

Translate strategy into priorities, execution, and accountability





Partner with Finance to monitor delivery and identify pivots

Manage strategy professionals supporting transformation

Requirements

Minimum twelve years of progressively senior Strategy, Transformation, or Consulting experience

Solid wealth and asset management industry experience

Comprehensive knowledge of the North American operating model

Exceptional organization, project management, and communication skills

Experience managing teams directly and through influence

Bring strategic judgment, transformation expertise, and executive communication skills to Manulife’s Retirement & Wealth leadership agenda.
