Description

Auro AI helps local businesses bring AI into their day-to-day work so they can take more customers, stay available after hours, and keep service quality high without adding extra staff. We’re building a team of 10–15 in-person sales representatives in the GTA.

We’re looking for people with some sales experience who are comfortable walking into businesses, talking to the owner or manager, and closing commission-based deals.

What you’ll do

- Work in person across the Greater Toronto Area, going business to business (door to door)
- Ask for the owner or manager first — that’s who we sell to
- Open with a simple question: whether they’ve ever thought about integrating AI into their business
- Learn how the business actually runs, find the pain points, and show how Auro AI solves them
- Sell our AI services. One example is AI reception: many businesses lose customers after hours,



and this helps them stay available, cut staffing costs, and keep a high quality of service
- Work toward transparent weekly sales targets that we’ll set with you

What we’re asking of you
- Some sales experience — retail, door-to-door, B2B, commission sales, or anything similar
- Comfort approaching businesses in person and speaking with decision-makers
- Willingness to learn our offer, follow the process, and take coaching
- Reliability and a drive to hit targets on commission
- Ability to work in person throughout the GTA

Pay This is a commission-based role. You earn 25% commission on each initial setup fee you close. A typical sale is $3,000 CAD to start, and every deal also includes $299 per month ongoing.
