We are looking for a friendly, professional baker to lead treat and cake production in our pet bakery. Boou Bakery is a BAKERY FOR PETS (not people), making fresh pet treats and cakes in-store daily. Successful candidates must be able to work independently as well as contributing to a team in a fast paced environment. Must love pets!
Duties include:
- Creating a baking scheudle and planning production
- Daily cake and cupcake production
- Decorating cakes and cupcakes for the display case and customer orders
- Dough production for treats including rolling dough, stamping individual treats and baking
- Assistance with jerky production
- This position requires heavy lifting of 50 lbs
Hours: 9am-5pm Tuesday through Saturday (off Sundays and Mondays) Minimum 2 years experience in a production role in a commercial kitchen setting.
