Senior Bakery Team Member – Full-Time

SinAmen Bun Co. is looking for a reliable, experienced, and hardworking individual to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can take initiative, work independently, and help ensure our bakery runs smoothly.

This position involves one overnight baking shift per week, with the remaining shifts focused on front-of-house operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake bakery products during one overnight shift per week.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle POS transactions.
- Support daily bakery operations and assist team members.
- Maintain product quality and presentation standards.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are followed.

Requirements
- Previous professional baking experience is required.




- Must be available for one overnight baking shift per week.
- Must have versatile availability for 30+ hours per week, including weekends.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment.
