This senior Product Lead will establish an empowered cross-functional squad and lead launch readiness subject to regulatory approval. The work connects global and regional stakeholders with Canadian market requirements, while applying generative AI, predictive analytics, and emerging technologies responsibly. The role also represents Bayer with external experts, advisory forums, and healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Set squad direction, decision rights, and shared accountability
Use agile cycles to test, learn, and reprioritize
Apply AI and analytics to planning and customer experience
Partner with field teams on capabilities, content,
and insights
Maintain compliant, safe, and environmentally responsible execution
Requirements
Degree in business, Science, or related discipline
Eight or more years of strategic leadership experience
Canadian pharmaceutical launch experience with readiness accountability
Proven cross-functional leadership within a matrixed organization
Understanding of hospital pathways, access, and institutional stakeholders preferred
