Lead beverage formulation and commercialization for Temple Lifestyle Brands in Toronto or Montreal, applying fermentation science and sensory expertise.As R&D; & Innovation Manager, you will guide development across Thirsty Buddha®, Rise® Kombucha, private label partnerships, and future platforms. The hands-on mandate spans benchtop formulation, plant trials, scale-up, manufacturing troubleshooting, and post-launch optimization. You will work with Marketing, Commercial, Production, Brewing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement.Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific disciplineSeven or more years in beverage or food R&DManufacturing; experience from formulation through full-scale productionKnowledge of beverage processing, fermentation, and ingredient functionalityStrong sensory evaluation, documentation, and troubleshooting skillsBring scientific leadership, product development expertise, and manufacturing experience to Temple’s functional beverage innovation pipeline.
