Lead DCM’s Brampton plant onsite, directing production, client services, quality, logistics, and finance through strategic operational leadership.As General Manager, you will guide the strategic direction and operational performance of DCM’s headquarters location. You will ensure functional areas work cohesively toward customer expectations, financial targets, and corporate objectives. The role also drives accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
