This position requires relocation to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.Reporting to the General Manager, CVS - Canada, you will be in charge of the cash processing team within our Cash Services Division. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the work of your team and ensuring customer satisfaction. Plan, organize, direct, and control the processing activities of the counting roomMaintain and improve the quality, profitability, and safety of the services offered and respect production schedulesProvide direction for the execution of the sector's activitiesManage expenses according to the budget, both labor and current expensesConduct investigations, as required,



in collaboration with internal or external agencies to determine the causes of off-balance and claimsParticipate in the hiring plan for new staff and provide ongoing training to meet workforce needsParticipate in the disciplinary or grievance processFollow-up on the productivity of the different sub-sectors of the departmentImplement action plans to achieve productivity objectivesParticipate in all process optimization initiativesConduct investigations, when necessary, in cooperation with internal or external agencies to determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety proceduresAny other related taskWhat we offer:
