Convergint seeks a Building Automation Supervisor to oversee project technicians and support timely, on-budget execution. The position coordinates assignments, develops colleagues, manages performance, and maintains customer relationships.

Experience with building automation systems, troubleshooting, programming, and financial controls supports success.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate technician assignments and schedules with Project Managers

Align technicians with project tasks according to skill sets

Support project turnovers, reviews, and operational coordination

Monitor service costing, invoicing, billing, revenue,



and margins

Provide technician support, training, tools, and safety coordination

Requirements

Five years of relevant Building Automation Systems field experience

Two years of supervisory or technical lead experience

Robust programming, troubleshooting, analytical, and technical skills

Ability to read blueprints and drawings with solid math skills

Valid, clean driver’s license and advanced organizational ability
