Job Overview The Building Custodian & Dry Cleaning Helper supports clean, orderly facilities and assists with dry cleaning tasks. This hands-on role combines cleaning, commercial cleaning, and facilities maintenance to help keep shared spaces and work areas ready for daily use. You’ll contribute to a dependable environment for colleagues and customers through careful, consistent work.

Duties

- Clean and maintain floors, surfaces, restrooms, and other assigned areas using appropriate methods.
- Support routine facilities maintenance by identifying issues, completing basic upkeep, and reporting repairs that need attention.
- Assist with dry cleaning operations by keeping work areas organized and helping with related tasks as directed.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, storing them neatly and following safe handling practices.

Experience Required:



Practical cleaning skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions and maintain orderly work areas are important for completing cleaning and basic maintenance duties. Preferred: Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities maintenance, general maintenance, or a related support role is helpful, along with reliability and a cooperative approach. Pay: $18.25-$22.00 per hour
