Lead major building projects at Graham as a Project Manager, using construction leadership, financial controls, and HSEQ expertise onsite. This is an onsite position.Supporting Graham’s Buildings division, you will manage projects or portfolios with annual revenues up to $100M. You will oversee planning, pre-construction, execution, financial management, close-out, HSE, and quality.

The role includes mentoring junior team members and managing direct reports while delivering projects with limited supervision.Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from planning through final handoverControl budgets, forecasts, costs, schedules, and project risksManage contract changes, negotiations, pricing, and executionMaintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors,



and suppliersOwn project-specific safety plans and quality processesRequirements:

Minimum five years of direct project management experienceSeven-plus years for senior construction project management rolesTechnical trade certificate with extensive field experienceEngineering degree or technical diploma preferredProficiency in estimating, scheduling, forecasting, and financial controlsBring construction leadership, risk management, and HSEQ skills to Graham’s Buildings projects, from estimate through close-out and handover.
