Job Role: Business Analyst - Senior ( OPS Ministry exp)

Location : Toronto, ON/Onsite

Position Type : Contract Role

Contract Duration: Till 2027-09-28 (Possible extension)

5 Days Onsite

Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 85-90/Hr (Depending on the experience)

Must Have:

- Experience engaging diverse ministry stakeholders and building productive relationships across organizational boundaries.
- Experience facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, interviews, working groups , and consensus-based discussions.
- Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, identifying pain points, and assessing impacts, risks, dependencies, and readiness.
- Experience developing transition plans, implementation of roadmaps, change strategies, stakeholder-impact assessments, and adoption measures.
