This Manager Business Continuity position supports BMO business groups through frameworks, projects, and recovery capabilities. You will advise stakeholders, manage continuity programs, and help maintain critical processes during significant interruptions. Key Responsibilities

Enhance Business Continuity Management frameworks, processes, and protocols

Lead incident management and recovery process maintenance

Coordinate plan reviews, training, testing, and impact assessments





Represent Enterprise BCM during response and recovery events

Produce dashboards, reports, and quarterly trend reporting

Requirements

Typically five to seven years of relevant experience

Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience

Business continuity or continuity planning certification considered an asset

In-depth communication, collaboration, and influence skills

In-depth analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
