We are currently seeking a Business Process & Strat. Associate Dir. to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

Business Intelligence Lead – Role Summary

Leads the design, delivery, and ongoing support of Business Intelligence solutions across multiple client accounts. Responsible for translating business and client requirements into scalable BI solutions, overseeing data integration and reporting platforms, and ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the BI workplace.

Pay for this role is $126,225 Annual Salary

Requirements

8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data engineering, reporting, and data analytics

5 years of experience designing and delivering end-to-end BI solutions, including solution design, development, deployment, and production support

5 years of experience with SQL Server, ETL/data integration, Power BI solutionsand data warehousing

3 years of experience leading, mentoring, or providing technical direction to BI developers, analysts, or data professionals

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related discipline,

or equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end BI solution delivery across data ingestion, ETL/ELT, databases, data models, and reporting

Translate business and client requirements into appropriate technical BI solutions and architectures

Provide technical leadership across Power BI, SSRS, SQL, ETL processes, APIs, Azure Functions, and data integrations

Oversee BI production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis

Ensure BI and reporting environments are stable, scalable, secure, and aligned with client commitments and SLAs

Lead BI modernization, migration, and automation initiatives to simplify the technology landscape and reduce manual processes

Establish and maintain standards for BI development, testing, deployment, documentation, monitoring, and data quality

Partner with business, operations, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve complex end-to-end data and reporting issues

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to BI developers and analysts

Manage priorities across BAU support, client demands, projects, and strategic initiatives

Identify opportunities to leverage automation, Python, Azure services, and AI to improve reporting and BI operations

Strong end-to-end understanding of BI architecture, data integration, and reporting processes experience with ETL/data integration , including data transformation, data loading, and troubleshooting





Advanced SQL and relational database knowledge

Solid hands-on experience with

Power BI and SSRS

Strong knowledge of

ETL/ELT, APIs, data integration, and data transformation experience working in multi-client, BPO, CX, managed services, or service-delivery environments experience with cloud-based data platforms or cloud BI/data integration architectures

Working knowledge of

Azure Functions and Azure-based integration and automation services

Working knowledge of

Python , particularly for data processing and automation

Experience troubleshooting complex BI and data issues across multiple technology layers

Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, semantic models, and reporting architecture experience working with APIs for data extraction and system integration

Experience with BI modernization and migration initiatives

Strong requirements gathering and solution-design capabilities

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients

Strong technical leadership, prioritization, and team-management skills

Must Pass Drug screen

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8 AM – 5 PM EST

Remote Working and Technology Requirements To work remote, individuals must meet all the established Remote requirements including those pertaining to a home workspace and related technology.

Technology

NTT DATA will provide a computerand headset for remote work.

Employees are responsible for the care and security of all equipment provided. They must return it immediately upon separation from the company following company protocols.

Failure to return equipment may result in collection actions and/or other consequences.

Individuals must provide their own high speed internet access with speeds at or above 50 Mbps.

A hard-wired ethernet connection is required. Wi‑Fi, mobile, wireless and public internet connections are forbidden as are connections outside of one’s personal dwelling or location.

Technical Performance and Issue Tracking

Management monitors all technical issues and agent downtime. Consistent availability is critical to business operations.

Remote employees must adhere to all technical support procedures and protocols.

Chronic connectivity issues or recurring downtimethat impede job performance, including internet outages, may result in the remote status changing to onsite.

Remote Workspace

Remote work demands a high degree of professionalism, self-discipline, and accountability. The following workspace standards are vital to delivering exceptional service.

Employees must have a dedicated,



professional workspace conducive to servicing Customer Service customers with the same quality as an onsite environment.

The workspace must be a permanent, unencumbered location used daily for work.

Employees must work with minimal distractions that do not interfere with business operations or service delivery.

Ideally, the workspace is isolated from other household members and used exclusively for job duties.

Background noise, interruptions from people or pets, and other distractions must be kept to an absolute minimum to avoid disruptions to customer service.

Employees must work from the same location consistently unless prior approval is obtained.
