BDO’s Financial Advisory Services team is seeking a Manager for Strategy, Value Creation & Analytics. The practice helps clients improve financial and operational performance through hands-on, data-driven work. Projects include strategy planning, revenue and margin improvement, cost reduction, process design, M&A;, turnaround, and AI-driven value creation.
Key Responsibilities
Consult with client personnel and lead interviews
Determine required analyses and outline project plans
Work across multiple Strategy, Value Creation & Analytics areas
Develop and maintain internal and external client relationships
Contribute to practice development and management
Requirements
Relevant undergraduate university degree required
Four to six years of relevant skilled experience
Understanding of AI applications for value creation
Strong initiative, adaptability, rigor, and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
Use transformation consulting, practical analysis, and relationship-building skills to deliver high-quality outcomes for BDO clients.
