As a Canada P&C; Actuarial Manager, you will lead project teams serving insurance and reinsurance clients. You will manage delivery while supporting analysts’ technical and client-facing development. Your work spans reserving, capital management, pricing, IFRS 17, and reserve transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project teams delivering reserve, capital, and pricing analyses

Manage objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards

Draft statements of work, project plans, and budgets

Develop trusted client advisor relationships through effective communication





Coach analysts through mentorship and technical leadership

Requirements

FCIA or ACIA/ACAS designation with seven-plus years’ relevant experience

Canadian insurance, reinsurance, actuarial, or consulting environment experience

Membership in a recognized actuarial qualified association

Strong analytical, interpersonal, and team skills

Experience managing complex projects within budget and timelines
