The Production

Supervisor oversees biomass conversion into finished goods while maintaining quality standards throughout production. This hands-on leader mentors Production Technicians and contract labour across milling, blending, and pre-roll assembly. The position supports safe, efficient operations through Lean principles, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Lead technicians and contract labour across production operations Coordinate floor changeovers across milling, blending, and pre-roll assembly Verify production reports, KPIs, consumption,



and inventory records Conduct Gemba walks and sustain 5S assessments Train teams on GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Two-plus years manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods experience Two-plus years supervising production staff Previous ERP database experience Microsoft Office proficiency and strong communication skills Bring production leadership, GMP knowledge, ERP experience, and continuous improvement skills to Village Farms International's cannabis operations.
