Coordinate cardiac registry data at Toronto General Hospital using Epic, DCIS, and Microsoft Excel. This is a permanent full-time chance.

UHN seeks a Coordinator, Patient Data supporting the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre. The position maintains patient, wait-list, procedural, and registry information. You will reconcile approved sources, complete quality-control follow-up, and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for clinical, operational, financial, and external purposes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain current patient records in DCIS and approved data tools
- Coordinate cardiac patient on-listing and off-listing activities
- Reconcile Epic, operative, administrative, and registry information
- Investigate deficiencies and escalate unresolved discrepancies appropriately




- Prepare validated reports, extracts, and cardiac activity metrics

Requirements:
- Two-year community college program in a related discipline
- One to two years of related patient-data experience
- Experience reviewing charts and clinical information systems
- Ability to interpret cardiology terminology relevant to cardiac surgery
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
