Job Summary

As a Cashier, you’ll provide friendly, efficient service while processing purchases accurately and helping customers find suitable products. You’ll use POS technology, handle payments, and support a well-organized retail environment.

Duties

- Process transactions using POS systems, apply basic math, and handle cash accurately.
- Answer customer questions, communicate clearly in English, and provide product demonstrations when appropriate.
- Support retail sales through helpful recommendations and upselling; assist with merchandising and product presentation.
- Manage checkout tasks efficiently, use professional phone etiquette, and coordinate with colleagues to keep service moving smoothly.

Experience

Required: Bring basic math, cashiering,



cash-handling, POS, customer-service, communication, time-management, and organizational skills to daily transactions and customer interactions. English and french proficiency supports clear assistance at checkout.

Preferred: Retail sales experience, including upselling, merchandising, or product demonstrations, is helpful; technology sales or technical sales experience can strengthen product guidance. Bilingual or multilingual communication is an advantage when assisting a diverse range of customers.

Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
