Cumberland Home Hardware is looking for friendly, dependable people to join our team at the historic Ilo-Ilo Theatre.

Our locally owned store is growing, and there’s plenty of opportunity to get involved. This role combines cashier duties and customer service with stocking shelves, setting up displays, and keeping the store organized and welcoming.

If you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and working on a variety of tasks, we’d love to meet you. You’ll join a supportive team where your ideas and contributions can help shape the store as we continue to grow.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Welcoming customers and helping them find what they need.
- Operating the cash register and processing purchases and returns.
- Answering customer questions and working with teammates to provide helpful service.
- Unpacking, pricing, and stocking incoming merchandise.
- Setting up and maintaining merchandise displays.
- Keeping shelves and back stock organized.
- Keeping the store clean, safe, and well presented.
- Helping with general store operations as needed.

- Availability for weekday shifts.

Retail, hardware, or cashier experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.

SCHEDULE

Full-time and part-time positions are available. Our greatest need is for weekday help, and applicants with weekday availability will be given priority. Some weekend shifts may also be available.
