Job Summary The Casual Health Care Aide supports people with daily care in a respectful, person-centred manner. The role may involve senior care, home care, assisted living, or nursing home settings, helping individuals maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.

Duties

- Assist with personal caregiving and daily routines, adapting support for individuals with disabilities and people living with dementia.
- Support medication administration in accordance with established care plans and workplace procedures.
- Prepare meals, assist with eating as appropriate, and maintain clean, comfortable living spaces.
- Observe and share relevant changes in a person’s wellbeing with the care team. Your impact: attentive, consistent support helps individuals feel safe and helps colleagues coordinate care.

Skills Required: Practical caregiving, clear communication, patience,



and attention to detail support secure assistance with daily routines, meal preparation, cleaning, and following care instructions. Preferred: Assisted living, nursing home, senior care, home care, dementia care, medication administration, or experience working with individuals with disabilities can strengthen your ability to adapt support to each person’s needs.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
