Catering Driver

Crafty Cuisines is looking for a dependable, organized Catering Driver to deliver and set up catered lunches for film, television, and commercial productions across the GTA.

Your primary responsibility will be managing the catering delivery from start to finish: preparing your catering kit at our Markham shop, loading the vehicle, delivering the lunch menu, setting up on location, and returning supplies and leftovers after service. Approximately once or twice a month, you’ll also drive one of our food trucks back to the shop at the end of the night.

What You’ll Do

- Arrive at the shop and build your catering kit with the equipment, utensils, serving supplies, and other items needed for the job.
- Check the catering order and load the vehicle with the complete lunch menu and catering kit.
- Transport food and equipment safely and arrive on time.
- Set up an organized, qualified catering lunch station on location.
- Communicate with the kitchen team and on-site contact to keep delivery and setup running smoothly.
- Clean up the catering area and take down the setup after lunch.
- Pack and return leftovers, equipment, and the catering kit to the shop.
- Unload the vehicle and return supplies to their designated areas.
- Occasionally drive a food truck from a job location back to the Markham shop, then park,



plug in, and secure it.

What We’re Looking For

- A valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicles being operated and a safe driving record.
- Confidence driving delivery vehicles and willingness to drive our larger food trucks occasionally.
- Strong organization, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- A friendly, professional approach when working with clients and production crews.
- Ability to work independently and follow catering orders and setup instructions.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, load, and unload food containers and catering equipment.
- Availability for scheduled lunch deliveries and occasional evening or late-night food truck returns.
- Catering, food service, or delivery experience is an asset.
