Temporary Position (6–12 Months)

Do you love working with people and have a passion for aviation? Cougar Helicopters is seeking a dedicated and safety-minded Check-In Agent to help with passenger movements for our offshore flights. If you're organized, customer-focused, and thrive in a structured environment, this is your opportunity to support critical flight operations.

What You’ll Do

- Check in passengers, baggage, and cargo
- Maintain accurate passenger info in the POB system
- Prepare manifests and departure paperwork
- Verify IDs, documents, and training certifications
- Communicate flight updates and delays
- Provide hotel, meal, and cab vouchers when needed
- Coordinate with Ramp/Security and Traffic teams
- Keep check-in areas stocked and organized

What You Bring

- 1 year of related experience
- High School Diploma
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience with Windows-based systems
- Ability to learn specialized software
- Calm, professional approach with passengers and logistics teams
- Versatile for a variable work schedule




- Knowledge of aviation or offshore travel regs (asset)
