What are the duties to perform:

- Take an active role in producing and presenting all food products involving catering operations to maintain the best quality food style possible
- Aid in the transportation of all food products
- Maintain product consistency by regularly conducting inspections of seasonings, portions and appearance of food
- Provide ongoing input to the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef for menus, create and develop menus, recommend recipes, and create consistent and quality food products
