Child Minding

Seeking an enthusiastic team member with a passion for child care.

The position includes shifts from 9am-12pm Monday to Saturday, and 5pm-8pm Monday through Friday.

Day-to- Day Responsibilities include

Entertainment: Candidate will bring a positive atmosphere to the workplace and will enjoy interacting with the children. The successful candidate will be able to create a safe and entertaining environment for ages ranging from 6 months to 11 years.

Paperwork and Security: Candidate will ensure parents have filled out all necessary paperwork and are following all required protocols.

Safety: Candidate understands that safety is our top priority regarding children. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize the safety of the children above all other needs.

Cleaning:



Candidate will maintain the cleanliness of the child minding area. This includes sanitizing toys, cleaning the children’s washroom, vacuuming, and additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

Candidate must be comfortable cleaning including cleaning washrooms.

Candidate must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license to apply.

Candidate must possess valid CPR certificate.

ECE backgrounds and prior professional experience with children is an asset.

Candidate must be able to provide a police clearance.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.95 per year
