Manage civil infrastructure contracts through budgeting, scheduling, and change-order coordination while supporting Crupi’s Estimating and Construction departments. Travel between Toronto-area job sites.

This Construction Project Manager reports to the Estimating Manager and provides detailed project focus for management.

Responsibilities span project budgets, backlog analysis, production, logistics, invoicing, and collections. The position also helps develop practices, tools, and processes for planning and executing jobs.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed project budgets with sound strategy and rationale

Calculate backlog and assess target achievement risks

Manage trucking and logistics for assigned projects

Ensure extras are recovered and production is maximized





Develop best practices, tools, and job execution processes

Requirements

Five-plus years of relevant road construction experience

Five-plus years of civil infrastructure experience

Robust written and verbal communication abilities

Strong interpersonal skills and customer relationship-building ability

Reliable vehicle and travel availability for Toronto and GTA locations

Use civil infrastructure, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills to coordinate detailed Crupi construction projects effectively.
