Reporting to the Vice President, Claims, the Assistant Vice President leads capabilities, processes, and innovations for future-ready claims management. This senior leader partners with Claims, Technology, Finance, Human Resources, and other functions. The work combines strategic transformation, operational excellence, and workforce strategy.

Requirements

10+ years progressive leadership in transformation, claims, or operations

Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Experience managing budgets, workforce investments, and business cases

Ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels

French and English fluency required for Quebec positions
