Client-focused project leaders can coordinate delivery, expectations, risks, and updates for BGIS projects of moderate complexity, risk, and exposure. This is full-time.

The Project Manager builds effective client relationships while overseeing assigned projects end to end. The position resolves issues, manages expectations, supports satisfaction, and navigates client organizations to engage stakeholders appropriately. Strong communication, influence, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain effective client relationships throughout delivery
- Resolve issues and manage client expectations and satisfaction
- Communicate project status to relevant concerned parties




- Navigate client organizations and schedule stakeholder updates
- Oversee project team activities and monitor task completion

Requirements:

- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Proven client relationship and expectation management experience
- Proven project team leadership and vendor management experience
- Strong client service orientation and relationship-building ability
- University degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred
