Triton Digital seeks a Client Success Manager to manage client relationships and strategic product consulting within its Revenue Team. Help clients maximize revenue using Triton tools, coordinate implementations and service activation, resolve operational problems and manage support escalations.

Requires

English and French, digital-advertising experience, consultative client-management skills and solid reporting, organization and problem-solving abilities. Ad-serving knowledge is preferred; Spanish and radio/podcast experience are assets. Accepts bilingual candidates anywhere in Quebec or Ontario; submit an English résumé.
