BodyTune Wellness is a cozy, welcoming wellness clinic in Abbotsford, BC, offering Registered Massage Therapy (RMT), Acupuncture, and Bodywork Massage.

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly receptionist to help clients feel welcome and keep our weekend operations running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a calm, professional setting, we’d love to hear from you.

No prior clinic experience is required. We provide step-by-step training in the Jane app, insurance direct billing, and clinic procedures, with ongoing support from the clinic manager.

Job Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and assist with appointment check-in
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and appointment changes using the Jane app
- Respond to phone and email inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
- Process payments, issue receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances
- Submit insurance claims through direct billing systems and follow up as needed; training will be provided
- Follow up with clients regarding appointments and insurance billing inquiries
- Provide clear information about clinic services and booking policies
- Keep the reception area clean and organized, and assist with light cleaning duties




- Support practitioners and team members with day-to-day clinic operations

Qualifications & Skills

- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email and text
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software, including the Jane app
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Willingness to assist with light cleaning and keep the clinic tidy
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Available to work consistent weekend shifts
- Legally eligible to work in Canada

Work Schedule

- Part-time position
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. / Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. : Must be available to work both days on a consistent weekly basis
