This experienced Advisory Engineer, Development – Systems Engineer supports server and rack infrastructure for leading public cloud customers worldwide. You will work across compute, storage, networking, platform validation, manufacturing, quality, compliance, and customer engineering. The position translates requirements into integrated infrastructure solutions while addressing technical issues, improving product quality, and supporting customer deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and validate compute, storage, and networking infrastructure

Support rack architecture, BOM development, and power analysis





Review test plans with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams

Resolve testing issues with vendors and technology partners

Drive corrective actions through technical issue resolution

Requirements

Eight-plus years in infrastructure, platform validation, or related engineering

Hands-on Intel Xeon or AMD EPYC platform experience

Understanding of rack configurations, cable mappings, and manageability

Knowledge of hardware and firmware interactions

Experience supporting cloud, hyperscale, or enterprise infrastructure

Use platform validation, rack architecture, and infrastructure engineering skills to support Lenovo’s public cloud customer programs.
